Alright guys, I stayed out all night so that I could test werewolf and make sure infact the bugs are gone and everything works.  I am pleased to inform you that everything is good and the car runs great right now.  It was amazingly easy to tune from scratch this go around.  I took me about two hours and only 3 logs to get the car dialed in very closely with my afr's within .5 of the disired target.  Now this was mainly the vacuum areas and that is usually the part that takes the longest, but I did manage to partially tune upto around 15 psi.  Now on my old Jackal setup I was running 25 psi on a fp3065, but I wanted to take it slow since I am still testing the software.  Didnt wanna go out and do dull fledge runs right away.  So I am easing into it.  Hopefully tonight I will get the tune up to 25 psi.  now once I do that, I have my DSS aluminum driveshaft, subframe bushings, ETS Race FMIC and AEM methanol kit waiting to go on next.  Along side those things I have a fully built 2.3 stroker with kelford 272's on an engine stand just waiting for me to get spare time to pull old built 2.0 out and replace with new built 2.3.....  So I will have lots of use by then and will help in anyway that I can.

Thats what I like to hear! IMO you should do you testing on the old motor in-case there is an issue! 35lbs sounds like a sweet test! Let us know!

Ohh believe me, all testing done I'd on the built 2.0.... Now I will tell u when I install my ets race fmic and my aem meth kit in the next week or so, I'm turning up to around that amount of boost and testing. Also previously I've only spun upto 8.5k rpm, but for the sake of z the higher rpm limit, I'm gonna try and Goto 9-9.5krpm just for u guys.... But if it goes, hey I have the striker on the engine stand I. The garage next to the compressor and engine hoist...

I've got mine running around town now as well. I have just tuned the Idle-4k vacuum area as I just got back from vacation last night. Seems to be running great. The tune is pretty rock solid. Now I need to creep on up to low boost (16psi) then push it up to 28 psi... or whenever I max out my injectors whichever comes first. I missed the last few iterations of Jackal so I am not sure what it had but the map tracing is pretty damn sweet. Now if I could just copy and paste, my tuning would go so much faster .

Ibbanez, what cams and piston compression ratio are you running?  I am asking because if you are close to me, and you are running the same turbo I will be running, I am curious as to whether or not you would be interested in posting your tune to be downloaded.  I ask just because after I break my motor in on the stock MAF setup, I would like to have something close to where I need to be if possible.  Let me know.  If it's not an option, that's cool too I will just try to do it from the ground up.  I will be in a time squeeze though so any help would be appreciated.

Hey there kappo6, I live in Nw Florida... If ur close by, I dont mind sharing my tune and helping out... Now when I set up my tune I tried different stuff with injector sizing so currently the injector size is off.... Now I tuned around this and it runs perfect but u wont be able to just drop n and go... Basically u would need to find the same injector offset for Ur injectors... I have 1000cc injector, u?? I also have my fpr set around 43.5-45 psi.... That all makes a huge difference compared to stock pressure of 37 psi.... I also noticed in ur sig that u have a lot of the same mods as I including turbo... Now I have a stroker that will b going n within a month or so hopefully...But yeah I'll be more than happy to help when the time comes...

I actually live in Columbus, OH.  I have 880 injectors but in Jackal I had to eneter them as 770's or something to ensure I was getting enough fuel because with 880 enetered in Jackal, I just wasn't getting enough fuel.

My FPR isn't currently set to anything as the car isn't together yet.  I could set it to whatever though once I get it rocking and rolling.

As for the stroker, I didn't know if you save your tunes for this motor too or not.  For example, in jackal, I have a few different DS-2's saved.  So for example, I could go out and tune on a 14b, get that tune dialed in, save it, strap on the 3065 and then create a tune for that, so if I ever needed to put the 14b back on, I already have a tune for that.  Know what I am saying?  If its any trouble or you don't think it's going to work, that's cool too.  I just thought if your tune was ball park to what I need, it would be very helpful to me as I will literally have like a month if that to get my tune down for the shootout this year which is not a lot of time for me.

Thats really funny, I live in Navarre, FL now like 20 mins away....  Do you goto bay front alot???  A friend of mine Dan who has a black 91 gsx with a 35r goes out there sometimes.  Im supposed to try and make it this saturday, but not sure, cuz i have to work until around 12:30 - 1:00 am so I just dont know if I can...  Its funny the people you meet on these places that you never knew how close they are.....   Ohh and we might be going to holt this Sunday, but that is really up in the air at this point right now.

Yeah, exactly.  It's better/more relaxing for me if I just end up meeting with one person or a few people away from all that.  It's more convient, and it's way more fun too because you don't have to deal with all the BS.  There's a few people out there at Bayfront from the local forums that will just straight up walk to your car, open your door, and pop your hood if you aren't there.  Stuff like that, and I would be going to jail. 

But, happy thoughts.  If you and your buddy Dan ever want to meet up anywhere I'm down.  Navarre isn't too far from me at all.
