I used an m8 with 200psi of 51/49 water/meth.
I managed another 8 psi and 70 hp.

I ran an 10gph nozzle as well (250psi) and 2  .75gph pre-turbo. Had great results. Since switched to e85.

Lots of ways to look at this though. If you have a way to ensure equal amounts of meth are getting to each cylinder (direct injection on each runner) the more meth you use the more power you can make. Problem is if there is a problem with your STD fuel system the Meth will keep spraying and blow the motor. Same thing happens if the Meth kit goes out on a pass.  So lots of folks like to go by the suggested 50/50 water meth mixture and run alot less meth. Devils own suggests 4gph nozzle with 50/50 mixture for our motors. No matter the power levels. Supposedly if you use this mixture and something  were to happen to either fuel system it would not cause a catastrophic failure. Yet the gains are much less. How lucky do you feel?  I was never lucky myself. So I had rigged a little pressure switch on my STD fuel system. If I ever lost fuel pressure my meth kit shut-off. It’s a great little safety mechanism. You could also put a pressure safety switch on the meth side for additional protection. Would be nice to rig pressure switches to cut power to the coil in a failure situation as well.

Good luck! Post some pics of your setup. ;)

 Mine was pretty ghetto!

I'm running the AEM meth kit with the 550cc jet. I tried the 350cc jet but it simply gave me an aggressive, safe tune at 20psi. I would see 1-2 counts of knock on long pulls or repeated wot use so I went with the larger jet and knock completely disappeared along with leaning the afr out some more, it made a very noticeable increase in power above 4500 rpm. I haven't increased boost yet but plan on running 25psi, I'm thinking I should be able to run around 12:1 afr with timing going from 12* @ 4500 rpm to about 15-16* @ & 7K. I'm sure some people think that's low timing but I'm not really seeing any big increases going above that nor do I see any of the fast evo3 16g guys running much more.
