I suspect Hak is right on the knock thing. Fuelling isn't the main cause of knock most times, its timing.
As for why your afrs change at idle? Its because one of one of your temp compensation tables is off, and due to the fact that its after a good drive, I strongly suggest its your IAT table.(coolant will be fully warm by then)
Work with your temp compensation table, by paying attention to your logger just as you pull into the driveway and as you sit. Your IAT will heat soak as you idle in your driveway because there isn't enough airflow to cool it and the underhood temps are climbing quickly.
There is a table posted on here pertaining to this. Its a good starting point, you may have to tweak it but it will be a big improvement most likely just the way it is. You will have to search, sorry I forget who posted it and when, but it was either in a post I left where I complained about this issue or one at about the same time.
Why would the idling issue only come up with the 1550's and not the 880's? Its also an issue at cruise, where it is getting fresh air. If it was heat soaking it would have done it way before I put the bigger injectors in, not immediately after...
