I have the port t'd before the BOV going straight into the manifold.
I've tried going to 6500+ at low and wot with the same result. It will go to rev limiter but with the same issue. I do have a log of 2 pulls.
You shouldn't tee off the same source as the BOV since it vents off pressure. Always tee your MAP to either a dedicated source or tee into the fuel pressure regulator, boost gauge or something to that effect since they remain in a static condition (no flow).

My BOV goes straight to the manifold so how would manifold pressure be effected? Wouldn't it see a normal flow?

I've been doing more research and to my findings I am having an injector/fuel supply problem. My injectors are going over 100% duty cycle at 6,500 rpm which could be my cause of the sputter. Now time to upgrade these damn injectors. All in all I am very happy with Ostrich/Jackal so far.

Is there any "Full Guide" on how to use the software? As in what all the values mean like the 1-12 load and the VE numbers?

What do you think happens to the pressure in the line when the BOV opens and vents off? Since your MAP is reading this pressure it will cause erratic changes in your tune. BOV's also have a lot of fluctuations in pressure thus the "fluttering" you get when cruising around. Do some research and you will quickly learn that teeing into the same line as the BOV or MBC is a major no-no.

You can over-run your injectors, I've personally ran 110% idc on the stock 450's at around 6500rpm with the 16G @ only 12psi of boost. The real question is, what are your afr's when the engine breaks up & are you seeing knock? You can run 100% idc and if your afr's are still around 10.5-11.0:1 then that may not be your problem. I honestly don't see over-running 750's @ 43psi if your on gas and not running much over 25psi of boost. It's also strange that is does this at low throttle, have you checked your plugs/wires? How much timing are your running? Have you verified your at 5* base timing?

There is no "guide" to running Jackal but there is a lot of info on the site if you search, it makes me a bit nervous to hear you ask these questions about load rows & VE all the while having issues with the car.

Is your NLTS enabled?  Are you sure your not hitting the NLTS limit at 6500?  A similar issue happened to me when the wire for my clutch switch came disconnected.  Try disabling it and see if anything changes.

LOL

I just looked at the first picture, ya.. NLTS is enabled. He's probably hitting that rev limiter  :shakefist

As for a Full Guide, there is none yet. The wiki is slowly coming along in my free time. I'm trying to do it from the beginning.. hardware install etc..

I'm hitting more than 120% duty cycle, plus I've seen from FIC, PTE, etc that they recommend running their injectors no more than 80-90% duty cycle. I'm at 28 psi boost, 43 psi fuel pressure with 10.8-11.1 at full boost with no knock. Just changed plugs and wires a couple of days ago. I'm at 6-7* base timing.

I'm not a noob to forums or tuning. I'm more familiar tuning Evos with ecuflash which is much different than Jackal. Ecuflash has an ecu based load which is much easier to tune and log. Also doesn't use VE but the actual AFR value that is desired.
Just asking some questions to better understand this program and have my car perform better. The issue I'm having is more than likely mechanical or electrical?

I also tried this with no luck. I unchecked the NLTS feature and checked my clutch wire connections. Thing I also noticed is I can hit my launch control without the clutch pedal down. Might have something to do with the clutch switch or something else. I'm done working on the car for today, going to give it another shot tomorrow.

Let me explain.

The studder box is VSS based up to like 2mph is that rev limiter.
The NLTS is clutch mod based, whenever the clutch pedal is pressed down that is the rev limiter.

For everything else, the standard rev limiter.

1-12., is load. Log load to find out what load row you are in.
