Werewolf key process

Can't get werewolf to create a key in working directory. First click nothing second click "problem creating key" window appears.



Product Version: WEREWOLF 1.0.0_536 Java: 1.6.0_29; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 20.4-b02 System: Windows 7 version 6.1 running on x86




Werewolf Startup Log:

Error : java.io.IOException: Access is denied
Error : java.io.IOException: Access is denied

Werewolf Log:

Success : setup_legacy_moates_device : set device baud to 921600.
Could not find key.
Failure : get_ftdi_id : FT_STATUS Error : 3

i had the same problem..had to update both 32 and 64 bit java..then it worked fine

FT_STATUS Error : 3

Is an open failed error, not a typical handle or i/o problem. Sounds like the com port for the ostrich is in use by some other software.
