Yeah, just load the 2.0 stock base map, and go from there.  Make small adjustments, and you'll be fine.  I also wouldn't mess with the Timing just yet until you feel 100% confident you know what you are doing.

I have my map T'ed off the line that goes to the bov and boost controller..is that wrong also?

Steve

You shouldnt have your map or bov T'ed into a boost controller source.  A boost controller will bleed off a certain amount of boost which could throw off your map reading.  This could also cause your bov to leak at a lower pressure than it would if it had a source that wasnt bleeding off pressure.

I used HTS-2000 brazing rod to braze an aluminum bung into my intake pipe, all you need is a propane torch and you are golden! You could probably use the aluminum benzomatic brazing rod they sell at Home Depot with similar results. 3 years and holding strong still.

By intake pipe, do you mean you have your iat before your turbo?

On the back of the 1g Manifold nearest the the drivers side there is a blank for a threaded fitting.   I just drilled it out and tapped it,  then added a spare nipple that i pulled from a junkyard car.    So I have a dedicated line for the map sensor.  Well map sensor('s) cause I have the GM map sharing that hose with the AEM map for my boost gauge.    Either way, its clean and its dedicated.

Was pretty darn easy.   I'll post pics if I get the chance.
