Hi
My name is Morten and im from Denmark.
I just bought a GVR4 and its in shipping atm.

But it already has the Speed Density setup with the ostrich/GM Map/IAT sensor and wideband. and the previous owner used jackal, but since I have to get it as well I found my way here. :)

Im totally new to any tuning at all, so expect loads of stupid questions. ;) I am reading up a lot on it though. :)

There are no stupid questions.
Ofc. there is, like: Can I train myself to fly to the moon on a sparrow?  :willynilly

But anyway what I meant was asking questions about stuff I should already know if I play with tuning ;)

Hi my name is Russ, been on here before under the same screen name.

But I guess a lot of thing got reset.

I have a '94 Talon TSI AWD awaiting for my time to work on it. I spend a lot of time on Honda D-series engines lately.

Some of you may recognize me from RHMT, D-series, TurboByHolset.com and other sites.

I'm a car guy who likes variety.

I enjoy tuning ecu to improve a car's performance.  And locally there is nobody within 200 miles who can tweek DSM.

So want to learn and have some fun with my Talon.  ;D

Hey new guy here. Just converted to SD. Been tuning my car with Ostrich for a few months. Least trying to. Never could figure out how to do it. Lol, Im pretty familiar with Hex editing. Lill bit about the car. Its a 1990 TSi AWD. Got it in April for 900 bucks. Had Walbro 190, MBC, Shitty Turbo back, Fidenza light flywheel, And the air filter can was modded. Now she has pretty much the same stuff. Add to it though would be the Ostrich of course, No maf, Snow Performance meth kit. She ran a 13.42 on all stock parts but MBC, Meth kit and turbo back. Full interior and me weight about 220. Needs a good bit of work but she runs decent.

Hi My name is Art. I drive 1992 and 1/2 Eagle Talon, White with black leather. Sunroof is great cause AC don't work.
The can has 123000 miles on right now. Motor was replaced at some point by it's original 1st owner with motor from 1992 eagle talon Automatic. Reason i know that cause vins on motor don't match the car and motor had 13g and 390cc injectors.
Now the car has 18G from FP. 540cc from Evo 3, Evo 3 exhaust many, 3" turbo back, ATR Pitbull but Edelbrock mufler ( not as loud ), 93 front breaks.  car came with eprom ecu from factory.
I got this car last year in May. But i drove this car 6 years ago when my friend bought it from original owner. Couple months later parked it to change the clutch. He never finished the job.

I started with DSMs in 1998 with Black 1990 Eagle Talon TSi. Car had just Big 16G , 550cc, 2.5" dp, rest was the same 3" ATR .... Car ended it's life in my back yard getting chopped up and scraped. That is because car had 2 accidents when i owned it. But before me it had one accident and it was stolen ( i got it totaled, stolen recovery ).

My name is Aaron. I have a 91 Galant vr4 #1893. I have owned a few dsm's in the past but got away from the tuning scene for a LONG time. I just recently picked up my galant as a shell, put a 7 bolt 1g motor in it. I am now going to town on it. As of now it has a fmic, 3 inch exhaust, walbro 255, fuelab fpr, xtd stg 4 clutch and fidanza flywheel. I am a huge diy'er All the work on my car has been done by myself. I just recently socketed my ecu(noob at soldering) and made a logger cable. I am now just waiting on the jackal key process. The next steps for my car are a pte 50-trim and 880cc injectors(im hoping they are enough for e85).

I chose jackal because I like trying different things, I also like saving money, lol.
