I actually have the same question.  I haven't had to burn a chip in years and, well, here we are today and I forget how to move or convert the .ds3 file to a .bin file.  I do recall our 27SF512 chip addressing begins at C000 and ends at FFFF using Burn2.  I may have just loaded the file from the Ostrich via BUS cable into Burn2 and then removed the Ostrich and replaced it with a chip and burned the file that way.  I don't remember.  Can someone help?
