1991 Eagle Talon TSi AWD-Wiseco HD 8.5:1 pistons, Eagle rods, ACL Race bearings, 2g small port head,  GSC S2 cams, MAP Ultimate Duty springs/ Evo retainers, HTA DSM76 @ 30psi, FIC 1550's, Apex'i N1 turbo back exhaust, Konis w/ GC's, megan sturt bars, poly mounts/bushings

Annnnnnd...she's back.  Started it up yesterday for the first time since rebuild.  Fired up immediately.

I totally missed this thread.  Hory Shiet! But that's awesome it's back up and running.  I really can't wait for mine.  Wiseco HD's should HOPEFULLY fix that issue!

That's the plan.  .225" h13 tool steel walls.  if that doesn't fix this issue, im not sure what will!

at that .225 thickness I don't see it being an issue. h13 tends to crack easy compared to h21. I use these two tool steels on a daily bases. how ever my application is a lot different. I make dies for a bronze extruding company. where in a corner of an h13 die might crack we switch over to a h21 die. even on really small h21 intricate shapes it will crack.
