there is now MMCD for Android!!!!

There are posts about this at a few of the bigger DSM sites now.

The hardware is almost finalized, and the software is.

Pretty cool!!

I hope they/we/someone does an MMSD version for us with SD aspirations.

I've talked to memph a bit

The hardware is sure to work, its BT VCP's so no issue there. The software /shrug, he didn't not seem interested in supporting anything, it is a tricky thing.

MMCd is gnu v2, i let him know just CYA shit, but who knows, it would be kinda OBVIOUS he used some of the source to do the IAT and Coolant, since they are non-linear (regardless of what mmcd's website actually says they are), if he got them right... well that's on him  :whistling

I dunno, I tried to coerce him into making the hardware the selling point, since the app won't work without a BT module anyways... I seem to find it increasingly difficult to convince people to do the right thing nowadays...

I bought the software because in the description it states" bluetooth OR hardwire" hard wire doesn't work :shit storm

a simple, effective logger would be fine by me.  Just to have in the car incase something needs looking at. 

Maybe have a map flashing capability too.  store a few maps on the phone that can be flashed in time of need.
