I agree.

I don't use it right now, but holy crap, that would be amazing for stock/near stock cars.

all of the fuel and timing control with the fps soleniod, idle speeds, WBo2 datalogging etc.

Just change the VE table to "fuel", get rid of the enrichment tables and have a simpler injector setup table.

That would be great for low/med hp setups and the like.

I would FOR SURE use this over an SAFC, MAFT, MAFTPro, etc.  I would use it over the 'Link, AEM EMS etc because of price and ease of use.

I am sure many many people would.

and as much as we all like Jackal, with the MAF in place, the car is a set-it-and-forget-it thing.  Its easy.  No one likes to have to retune all the time on a daily driver, especially if its your wifes car.

I also agree that this would be a beneficial option.

I dont see how speed density wouldnt work for low hp setups? I us it and I make less than 300 to the wheels, speed density is fine on my set up.

Its not that it wont work on a low hp setup.  Im actually currently running SD on a basically stock car.  I personally think it would be a good idea because it would widen the potential user base of the program.  Not everybody prefers SD or wants to get rid of their maf setup, but wants a nicely designed interface to tune their current setup with.

of course it would work, but its simpler to be able to tune with the MAF in place.

All you have to do is a downpipe and catback, a fuel pump, injectors, intake pipe and filter and then Jackal.

Simple reliable fast fuel eficient, great driving and under a grand.

no headaches, no other sensors, nothing scary.

Plus it would be hands down the best cheap tuning option out there.
