NLTS rev limit is activated when pin 104 doesn't see ground. I have a relay that is energized by the brake switch, green wire that gets power when the brakes are pressed. Verified by a test light. It is a 5 post relay so pin 104 is always grounded until the coil is energized/brake is pressed. That makes 104 open and enabled NLTS. Works fine while moving and does exactly as expected. A 4 post relay would work opposite(as I found out at first) and you would see NLTS limit when the brake is not pressed.
The only variable from it having NLTS engaged all the time except for when stopped is having the stutterbox "box" unchecked.
